CALL FOR PROPOSALS
We are accepting funding proposals from potential recipients on an ongoing basis. Candidates should submit proposals for debt-only structures, 100% joint ventures, or debt/joint venture combinations.

Primary Objectives
PRESTAR is seeking to reinvest funds in new projects. Types of projects PRESTAR is interested in are broad-based. All project types will be considered that yield job creation in the US, and/or add liquidity in the US economy, and/or solve problems such as clean water, alternative energy, etc. PRESTAR’s Investor seeks projects it can feel good about funding, partners with whom it can feel good about working with, and long-term profitability.

Requirements
· Project must have at least cash or real equity “skin-in-the-game” available as demonstrated equity. PRESTAR’s Investor can fund up to 4x the amount of demonstrated equity. Example: 10 million in equity results in funding at 40 million; 20 million in equity results in funding at 80 million. This is in lieu of underwriting. Any project that can demonstrate Equity is far more qualified that un-audited financials.

· Candidates must be able to allocate if cash equity demonstration, in a PRESTAR’s Investor account controlled by the recipient for a period of 30 calendar days; banks have what is called a control agreement, blocked account agreement, etc. These are drafted between the bank and the secured party (entity putting up the equity demonstration).

Procedures
· Candidates should submit a proposal including funding structure, ROI schedule, company/project value, expected returns, collateralization plans, etc. Over-night 2 copies to us for fastest consideration. For minimal information or rough consideration email. Make sure there is sufficient information for best consideration, including Authorized Agency, NDNC, Fee Agreements, Project Information, Executive Summaries, and/or Valuation information for the Project! fcastro@prestarcalifornia.com.

These programs work on the strength of the project itself rather than principal personal wealth or vested project capital. Often times these programs can yield highly favorable LTV's, relaxed approval criteria and extremely fast and efficient closings. Please note that vested capital does not replace initial capital required on any commercial funding transaction. Many programs may require capital but in most cases is proportionate to a very high LTV, unavailable with traditional funding routes.

NOTICE: PRESTAR operates in a highly competitive marketplace. Due to this, we provide limited information on our programs via web and mass distribution. Sensitive program information is reserved for clients who have viable projects and have demonstrated genuine interest and ability to pursue the funding options we have access. Often times our clients prefer to speak directly with funding source once they have established interest in their project.
